Linguist Management

Definition

Linguist management refers to managing personnel who can participate in translation tasks under the current Workspace (for TMS, at this stage, there is only one default Workspace).

Addition Process

When a PM adds a translator, they first query whether the email is associated with a user. If it is a user, the system checks if the user is of translator type. If not, it prompts that the user cannot be added as a translator. If the user is of translator type, a translator entry is created in the current Workspace's translator table associated with this user. This translator table maintains translator information. If the email is not associated with a user, a translator-type user is created first, and then the association process continues. This means that in the future, if TMS also opens multiple user spaces, a translator user can be associated with multiple Workspaces, with different translator information under different Workspaces.
